5. Famous tourist spots in Hanoi
Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is a must-visit for all tourists traveling to Hanoi, located in Ho Chi Minh Complex. The Mausoleum is the place to keep the body of President Ho Chi Minh, the main view overlooking the historic Ba Dinh Square. This is the result of creative labor of Russian and Vietnamese scientists. Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is the eternal resting place of the Vietnam Great Father.

One Pillar Pagoda is a famous tourism attraction that tourists should not miss. One Pillar Pagoda has a square, each with 3m, curved roof, erected on cylindrical stone pillars with a diameter of 1.20m; 4m high. It looks like a lotus flower blossoming on a pond. One Pillar Pagoda is a symbol of Hanoi and appears on Vietnamese currency: 100.000 VND.

Temple of Literature - the first university of Vietnam - is a beautiful tourist destination in Hanoi, south of Imperial Citadel of Thang Long, with an area of 55,027m2, divided into 5 separate areas including Dai Trung Mon (The Great Middle Gate); Khue Van Cac (The Pavilion of Constellation); Thien Quang well and Doctor Stelae; Dai Thanh Mon (The Gate to Great Success) and Dai Bai Duong (House of Ceremony); The Grounds of the Imperial Academy.

Hanoi Old Quarter is beautiful with ancient streets that have been considered as Venice in Vietnam by Western tourists.
