1. General Information about Nha Trang 

Nha Trang Is a coastal city and is the political, economic, cultural and tourist center of Khanh Hoa province. East of Nha Trang is bordered by the East Sea. The West borders Dien Khanh district. The South borders Cam Lam district. The North borders Ninh Hoa town. Nha Trang is about 1300 km from Hanoi and 430 km from Ho Chi Minh City. It is also known as a festival city: Sea Festival, Miss Universe 2008, Miss World 2010, ... Before becoming a land of Vietnam, Nha Trang belonged to Champa. The relics of Chiem people still exist in many places in Nha Trang such as Cham towers and Ponagar towers.

5. Famous tourist spots in Nha Trang

Nha Trang Beach: Nha Trang is known as the pearl of the East Sea because of its natural value as well as its climate and beautiful blue water sea.



Vinpearl Land: This place is considered the No. 1 paradise of entertainment in Vietnam. Vinpearl Land is located in an ideal area with a total area of 200,000m2 and international standards of 5-star luxury hotels, food courts and a series of entertainment facilities for all ages.



Ponagar tower was built in the 8th century to the 13th century during the Hindu period. This is one of the largest architectural complexes of the Cham culture in Central Vietnam. Ponagar Tower is located a peak of a hill about 50 meters above sea level.



Hon Mun Island with clear waters and beautiful coral ecosystems, has been assessed by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) as the best marine biodiversity area in Vietnam. To Hon Mun Island, visitors should not ignore the activities such as: Floating bar at sea, diving to explore coral, swimming...



Hon Tam Island covers an area of about 110 ha, 7 km from Nha Trang City to the Southeast. From Hon Tam, tourists can see both Nha Trang city in the north and Cam Ranh peninsula in the south.
